產(chǎn)品用途：用于氣動輸漿泵自動控制

工作原理：每臺圓網(wǎng)印花機(jī)配置一臺電氣自動控制箱、通過24V直流電將信號傳給控制箱，通過電子元件將信號放大，控制各泵的電磁閥，使泵工作或停止。實(shí)現(xiàn)自動控制，無需人工操作。

安裝與保養(yǎng)

　　安裝時須立式安裝，用螺栓將泵固定牢固。每臺泵安裝一個油霧器，一個球閥，接通氣源。進(jìn)漿管用鋼絲管，出漿管用橡膠管或軟管。泵的正確使用與保養(yǎng)可以延長使用壽命。每個班工作完畢后在清洗泵外部的同時把進(jìn)漿管通入清水，開啟泵把泵內(nèi)余漿打出，防止在泵內(nèi)凝結(jié)。

　　經(jīng)常檢查油霧器是否有機(jī)油。氣馬達(dá)的潤滑是靠壓縮空氣通過油霧器，調(diào)節(jié)油霧器進(jìn)油螺釘，使進(jìn)油量適當(dāng)。輸送的漿料要過濾，細(xì)小的雜質(zhì)會磨損泵的活塞和缸體。

　　泵的自動控制是用在非人工操作控制液面達(dá)到規(guī)定位置，液面與液位探桿接觸或分離并向電器控制箱發(fā)出信號，信號被電控線路板放大后送到電磁閥，使其開啟或關(guān)閉輸漿泵，實(shí)現(xiàn)自動控制，勿需人工操作。

Installation and maintenance

Steel pipe for intake pipe and rubber pipe or hose for pulping pipe. The correct use and maintenance of the pump can prolong the service life. After the work of each class after cleaning the pump outside the pump at the same time, the pipe into the water, open the pump to pump out the slurry, to prevent the condensation in the pump.

Check the oil mist regularly. The lubrication of the air motor depends on the compressed air through the oil mist, adjusting the oil intake screw for the oil mist, so that the oil intake is appropriate. The slurry to be conveyed should be filtered, and the small impurities will wear out the piston and cylinder of the pump.
